About Us

Corry Harris is a Birmingham native who began his first restaurant in 2002 out of his passion for cooking and creating new flavors. He put his signature on it by naming it Corry’s. During the first three years he was located near the Lawson State Community College. There he specialized mainly in cooking Southern Soul and Comfort foods. In 2006 he relocated the business to the Powderly area in Birmingham. It was then that he and his wife, Denetra, changed the food concept to fast casual. This gave birth to a whole new “flavoration” offering great and fresh foods fast. The business added mobile Food Truck operations that can be found remotely throughout the city. Corry’s is a member of the Better Business Bureau and is currently expanding to other locations through out the city and surrounding areas.

Casual shouldn't mean stale food options. Great taste is the name of the game, and we're committed to stepping up to the plate. We use premium ingredients to produce our great products. We are committed to the flavor weather it's in our restaurant, at a Mobile location, or our catering service. We serve small and large demands at a fast rate
